The benefits package could use improvement. Healthcare benefits are not great and the maternity leave policy is pitiful!

I love that the employees are empowered to create employee-driven teams and that the company supports those efforts, even financially.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are accustomed to working remotely and they know how to be flexible. They are extremely collaborative and helpful when you need help on a project. They are not afraid of change!
