HealthStream has provided me the opportunity to pretty much create my own role.....twice! I came here with the intent to stay for 2 years and I am now coming up on 5.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is that you can admit a mistake and move on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance is adequate for me because I work hard to stay healthy, and it has options for FSA/HSA which I do use.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a LOT of interviews! I enjoyed it though because I got to meet a lot of people and get a feel for the culture before accepting the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of top notch people that I am proud to lead. They help each other, collaborate well with other teams, and live our value of customer delight every minute of every day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the executive leadership team is genuinely in support of the employees and the mission. Bobby Frist is without a doubt the most thoughtful, fair minded CEO I have ever worked for. He embodies a spirit of genuine concern for the wellbeing of his employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I thrive on challenge and variety, and HealthStream has never disappointed me in this respect! With that said, we move so fast that it's hard to catch your breath. I wish we would give strategies a bit longer to work before making changes in reaction to minor bumps in the road, or out of impatience.
