Good. The CEO very clearly sees himself as a leader of people and not just the manager of a company, and has made a lot of decisions that are bad for short term profits but good for employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quota attainment bonuses are quite good. Commission scales to quota fulfillment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good and friendly people. We don't have more meetings than we need to.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a 2 way street - management was very serious about making sure we learned as much as we could about the company instead of just trying to learn about us, that way we could make the right decision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When coronavirus hit, the CEO announced that no one was being laid off and there would be no pay cuts, even though we were selling to the hard-hit healthcare industry. That showed a remarkable level of leadership and concern for employees.
