Fantastic! It's not an easy job, but it is incredibly rewarding and I feel a lot of pride in our company. Our Healthstream family is so tight-knit, I really love interacting with them on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am paid fairly for the position. In addition, I have opportunities for quarterly bonuses. Plenty of PTO as well, which is very important to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help people. I am so proud of the work we are doing to assist and better the healthcare industry and am thrilled to be a part of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my coworkers are so kind and helpful! They are always happy to assist, and we have quickly grown really close. Talking with my coworkers is always a joy, and puts a smile on my face!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is so supportive! Any time I have a question or concern, they are happy to jump in and assist. I know I can ask them anything, anytime, and they are happy to be of assistance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak with both my manager and AVP of my department. They allowed me to ask any questions and provided knowledgeable answers. I also heard right away about the decision they made to bring me on board.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a family! We are here to support each other, and are always there for each other. We have an open work environment, we have the option to work from home as needed. There is incredible trust of the employees here, which I really value.
