Overall I AM HAPPY. I do wish that we had a better 401k match percent...Smaller companies I've worked for have had much better match but regardless...I feel valued and empowered to be apart of something bigger than myself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare for single employee is very cheap and has great coverage.

I love the support and team work attitude. CEO down, I feel as though I am valued and welcomed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is outward focus. Yes we make sure we are bettering ourselves but truly we focus on how to better others through making ourselves better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that is was comfortable. We talked to each other easily and time flew by. I liked that I interviewed with staff as well as managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is just like family. We get to know each other's family members and engage weekly with each other. Every day is just like hanging out with friends doing life together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working remotely and having flexible schedule as long as we are delighting out customers. It's nice to end my day and walk out of my office and...be home already! Additionally having a steady work schedule but enough down time to stay happy.
