My sales colleagues make me happy to go to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My sales team is INCREDIBLE, they are always willing to help others out - they make work fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that in sales we do a good bit of peer interviewing, which gives candidates time to ask questions about the job they are interviewing for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some silos, and I don't feel that Sales is respected across the company. Things get blamed on us, and we don't have a lot of support.
