The HR team seems out of touch with how things are done at other companies. They say that they pay competitively with industry standard, but that is not my experience. The leadership team seems pretty good, but I need more time to make a fair assessment.

Very dedicated to nurses and to nurse-life balance.

Making software that makes a difference to healthcare.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't interview at this company, I was brought in by acquisition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to receive part of my compensation as stock and bonuses. I no longer do and my base compensation has not been adjusted
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that everyone seems very passionate about improving healthcare. Most of the leadership is homegrown, which is good, but also leads to a sort of echo chamber where they think that certain policies are "unique" to HSTM, but they are industry standard in my view.
