The culture and people are the best thing about HealthStream. The flexibility is nice as well.

Everyone is willing to help out their peers. We all work until the job is done and don't leave early unless we can all leave early. No man left behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HealthStream culture is unlike any other. Very friendly, welcoming, inclusive, fun. There are always events, luncheons, and webinars you can attend. It is hard for a large company to continue to have events, but HealthStream has the dedication required to maintain their unique/fun culture.
