My overall experience has been very negative. I feel like I only have support from my immediate coworkers. I feel un-supported by my supervisor. I constantly worry about my job performance because I have been given no clear cut guidelines as to what is expected from my job.

My coworkers are the only positive things about the culture at this company.

My coworkers are extremely supportive and are always available when I need help or have questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing more support to individual team members. Providing more training for employees. Being more open about what is expected of the job and my performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am asked to perform so much more than my job requires. I am constantly asked to take over time and work on additional tasks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even though the company is represented as supportive and fun in the beginning I have not experienced that during my time here. I was not given proper training or information to do my job successfully. I also have not been given clear cut guidelines as to what is expected concerning the customers.
