I am very happy that I am apart of this company. Our mission does make a difference in healthcare and it makes the sales process easier from that perspective. I feel our c-suite would sacrifice about anything for the well being of the company and staff.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was formal, but still laid back. Just being yourself goes along way during the interviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
In non-COVID times, the interaction with my co-workers. I would also include face to face interactions with the customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts at the top with our CEO and President. Both of them are always looking at the positives and it, for the most part, filters down to everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They just altered the way sales is paid on commission, which is an improvement from the old way. Would prefer to see a higher base with an adjustment of commission rates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My specific sales team is thought provoking, open to all ideas and we get along well with one another. We were also involved in the last hire to make sure they fit with the team dynamic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really does try and work with the entire sales force. A criticism is that on some topics they feel rigid and won't listen to sales ideas. Overall, I would give them a B+
