I have been at HealthStream for 6 years and have overall appreciated the care and support from my coworkers. The downside is that the culture expects everyone to work at max capacity and burnout and work/life balance can be issues.

I have never worked for a company so supportive of me as an individual. Everyone you work with at HealthStream cares about you as an individual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to truly have the goals and values of the company at their heart and have a desire to make the company better. They work to keep the culture great and want to make a difference in the healthcare industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are not up to standard for a progressive technology company in a growing city. Maternity leave is only one week of paid time off, low 401k match, and VERY expensive healthcare for families. Executives regularly joke that you can leave the company and then come back to a higher salary.
