I really enjoy HealthStream, the people, and our work. I need to have a better work/life balance. More PTO would help a lot.

Good people to work with and important work to do.
What do you like best about your company?
Most everything -- good product, kind people, enjoyable work, meaningful business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are kind, appreciative, smart, hard-working, cooperative, well-intentioned, and drive for accuracy, effectiveness, and improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need more PTO. Very difficult to take care of personal responsibilities and have time for an actual vacation break from work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my work; I like the people. I get to learn new things and co-workers appreciate the work that I do.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Benefits -- need more PTO to offset the number of hours I work. I do not have downtime often enough to recoup.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to talk with, encourage new thoughts, not stuck in old thinking, and the work hard to deliver in the present while also planning for the future. Visionary.
