Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better 401k this is why I wont recommend this company to a friend. We need a 401k match to help us with the market ups and downs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO promotes a feel good culture. We were one of the 1st companies to begin work from home during this COVID pandemic to help "flatten the curve" - Everyone is helpful, upbeat and cooperative.
