My experience at HealthStream has been outstanding. Not only is my specific position a great fit, but my immediate work team and surrounding constituents are inspiring, collaborative and highly respective. I have a huge amount of confidence in Leadership and feel fulfilled by the company's mission.
What makes you most happy at work?
Three things in particular: 1) Collaborating with really smart people: 2) Variety in my daily work; and 3) The respect I feel as an employee, including appreciation for my work and skillset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Beyond their business prowess and general wisdom, I continuously appreciate the care taken in communicating with ALL employees to keep us well informed and inspired. The leadership team genuinely adopts and acts upon the concept that "leadership works for the employees," not the other way around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There exists a tightly focused ambiance that we are here to serve our customers, those who deliver healthcare to patients in need. Therefore, there is significant meaning to the work we do. Additionally, leadership and the company as a whole places a ton of value on volunteerism and philanthropy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Two things in particular: 1) Our amazing leader, who shares his brilliance and guides us clearly, while also allowing each of us to grow and shine ourselves; and 2) The personal dedication of each member of the team. No one is a slacker, and we get A LOT done...and quickly.
