The thing that makes me the most happy,... that we are truly making a difference in the healthcare setting.

We all get along, we enjoy each other and care for each other. We just want to best for each other!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had four different interviews, each one pushing me. They want to make sure they hire the best, and that you a right fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HealthStream is all about the employees, they want you to enjoy your job. I can literally say, "I LOVE my job and my company." Most of all, they want you to have a work/life balance, that to me is everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is amazing to work for a company and have leadership that actually cares about you as a person, not the just bottom line and profits. During COVID-19 Mr. Frist and our Leadership was there and supported us. In a time when people were losing their jobs, HealthStream promised no lay offs.
