My team is great, but sometimes I don't understand how the work we are doing aligns with the overall goals. It would be nice to be clear on the plan so we could see the end in sight before we proceed. The vision for our work is not always crystal clear.

The CEOs messaging is transparent, caring and real. This filters down to most.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401 K match although I wish it were more in line with what other companies provide. That is at the very least, 4%.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all hard working and driven to do quality work. We are a cohesive team and support each other to get the work done to meet deadlines.
