I like working for the company a lot, and it has been a great experience. It does take awhile to move up within the company if you are not vocal or actively telling your management and other departments that you would be interested in a new role. There is room for growth if you put the effort in.

Our leadership is very good at communicating to every level of the company.

I like my colleagues and my team, which make each day more enjoyable.

I really enjoy the collaboration from my team, and the willingness to help others on our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a good amount of PTO and observed holidays. I also like that our extra compensation is based off goals that our teams set each quarter.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with my future Director, manager, and a colleague. I liked having my future colleague in the interview as I was able to ask more day-to-day questions and get a better understanding of the position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly, and makes the office atmosphere very pleasant and enjoyable. Even if employees are not in your office, we have been connecting through Teams and conferences to get to know the individuals in our company.
