Overall my experience working at HealthStream has been very positive. Improvement areas include improved benefits (401K matching, salary, health insurance, parental leave, PTO), a way to evaluate our direct managers during the annual review process, and a more transparent career progression path.

For the most part my coworkers are wonderful to work with and exhibt integrity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO asked HealthStream employees to post honest feedback on Comparably which indicates that he is open to making improvements at the company based on employee feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HealthStream has a history of under paying employees believing that the culture will make up for what the salaries lack. HealthStream needs to improve the benefits offered such as the 401K matching, contribute a higher percentage of the healthcare premiums, and offer more PTO.
