When I first started working for the company I hated the culture. It's definitely come a long way. I also work for the other side of the company now, verity stream. I highly recommend my side of the company. It's smaller and more agile and leadership is really great

What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I have the opportunity to innovate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how considerate our leadership team is. I feel treated like a person. I feel valuable and not easily replaceable. Not many companies can say that
What are some of the best things about your team?
This company does not overly schedule meetings and it's such a blessing. I don't feel that I have a lot of unnecessary busy work. I am busy but it's balanced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid about 18% less than similar companies of similar size. That amounts to about 10 grand a year. That's a lot of money. Not to mention matching of the 401k and the ability to choose the benefits I want versus a standard plan that's one size fits all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You will be treated with respect and value at Verity stream. Leadership takes a lot of the stress on themselves to take it off of the people that work for them. They may think it goes on scene but if you've ever worked for a company that doesn't do it it's not hard to see the difference.
