They are down to earth and approachable. They are open to our feedback and listen to our suggestions. They communicate often and thoroughly.

We are as efficient in time as we can be. We generally like each other and are jointly committed to the importance of our jobs and the work that we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are great. There is flexibility in the WFH schedule. The company does a lot of very nice things for their employees with events, lunches an such. They also do a great job in acknowledging great work and effort.
