Transparent. Hard working. Care about employee well-being. Inspiring. Promote work-life balance, family-oriented, approachable. Promote clear priorities. Steadfast and consistent whenever possible. Financial growth a top priority without sacrificing culture or employee growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A close-knit, hard working, and inspiring group of people. Beyond the work, there is community and efforts to make an impact not only on our immediate community of staff and customers, but our local communities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with a variety of stakeholders beyond the department I'd be working in; understanding the organization's goals and expectations of how my role needed to serve those goals. Learning about the culture and making sure I'd fit well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely hard working, supportive, collaborative. Across the organization, everyone helps each other. There is no flying under the radar. There is accountability and jumping into help even if it's "not your job". Teams also get to know each other on a personal level, there is empathy and respect.
