It has been incredible. Every company has their hurdles and HealthStream is not immune. However, they do the absolutely best they can and it has created a positive culture that makes me want to do my best everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together and shares information/experiences. I have great relationships with all of our sales team members across the baord.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like our quota/commission structure is incredible compared to a larger organization. We are able to get paid a decent percentage on our sales compared to larger organizations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like family to me. I can get help from 99% of the people I speak to. There are always going to be hurdles but overall the culture is top notch.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had to present a product to members of the team and leadership. It was a change of pace from other interviews and really put me on the spot. I think it helped me solidify my abilities to interview effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Coming from a large organization, the Leadership team makes me feel like I am apart of the family. It has been such a great change from the really large corporate environment. I feel like I am an actual person, not a number.
What makes you most happy at work?
Understanding that HealthStream is here to be a valued partner and wanting to make sure we are a fit for customers. We do not try to force things on our customers but instead, collaborate and evaluate where they are. It makes relationship building that much easier.
