The culture at HealthStream, although different from when I started, has remained positive and one of growth. I like seeing where we are going and staying current with our changing market. I love the people and overall love being part of my team.

Getting paid monthly as opposed to quarterly or annually.

They are all sharp, open, curious and willing to help. They inspire me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy to talk to the hiring manager, and I felt appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are connected and present. They provide relevant updates and seem to truly value all employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Implementations pose a struggle. The timeline is way too far out. Communication from Product Managers needs to be more in sync and training can always be improved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is invested in the company, in my success and in our growth personally and professionally. He is new to this role, and the best leader I've had in my 7 years at HealthStream.
