This is the second large corporation I have worked for. Healthstream is FAR better. I love the office, the people, management, the hours, everything always feels fair rather than a competition or a head down watch your back atmosphere you may find at many other large companies.

open communication with staff always transparent even in regards to uncomfortable topics

you usually do not interview with one person it's always two or three therefore you feel a little more comfortable and it's more a conversation than interview
