HealthStream has been a great place to work. I've learned so much since I started and have been given opportunities to grow and advance and to help others do the same, even while working remotely. My coworkers are very smart and fun to work with - we all help each other whenever we can.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping and working with others which I do on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is clear through their words and actions that they care about the employees and the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I came on board as a part of an acquisition so I didn't participate in an interview process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly PIP program - it helps us set goals that we can work to achieve in 90 days and then we get a bump in our paycheck at the end of the quarter if we meet them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are the best part about the culture. We all care about each other; working as a team but also connect with each other as friends. I am a remote employee and I still feel connected to everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I consider my team, more than just the people in my department. I work with many people throughout the company and everyone has been really friendly, helpful, responsive and does their job well. We are good at working together to achieve results.
