The people I work with at HealthStream are fantastic. I have made some lifelong friends working here. Benefits need a drastic overhaul to attract and retain top talent. The newest round of sales leadership seems to only care about "numbers" and forecasting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is willing to "think outside the box" to help us pull in deals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was very long and involved a lot of people. There was also a presentation required.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation has historically been a problem at HealthStream. Benefits are terrible. High deductible insurance that isn't particularly good, only 1 week of maternity leave, poor 401K match benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are great. I consider those I work with often to be both coworkers and friends. It's one of the primary reasons I stay at HealthStream.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that my team is very collaborative. We are always helping each other. My manager is also open to allowing us to transfer to other departments within the company.
