I came from a background of very small companies, so a larger company and it's process has been a shock. On the other hand, working for a stable company is great, and I've been surprised to work for a company that lives by its values. I've had to adjust to an environment of integrity; great!

It's well managed, solid foundations. After years in startups I value the stability.

Clear vision. It's pretty easy to figure out what's "on mission" and what is not.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Healthstream can be too process bound. I'd like to see us push harder at doing new things, especially technologically, and treat process as secondary, not as a primary work product.
