Experience, passion for the customer, and a willingness to work together to achieve desired results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They attempt to share things quickly that might impact the entire company. I don't feel that they intentionally hide things from their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, so please don't misinterpret that versus underpaid. Our leadership has supported me and encouraged me through my career here, but because of the many hats that I wear, I do feel as though our salary structure could be stronger.
