I would say i like the commission.

I like the mix of personalities.

I felt like they tested me, but fairly.

They're down to earth people.

A lively, positive sales meeting

The macro-mgmt from our supervisors, along with the just the fun things we do together - from company outings in office putting tournaments.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I want to build my own company.

Outside of work, many of us still hang out. Some great people.
