I have enjoyed movement upward within the organization. I do like the fact the company is taking chances. I do sometimes feel not heard in the particular area of being involved in a legacy product. Seems less is being done with those products and less attention. More visibility please.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is trying to take chances and is about the new way and product. But please do not forget your legacy products and your legacy customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work very hard and are customer focused. I would like to see that continue with attention to more training available to clients and internal staff versus the self guided training stance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Healthstream is too concerned with processes to the detriment sometimes of the work being done. A process is great but it has to fit the work. It has to make sense with what it is being used for.
