Meeting goals, having products that I know impacts the healthcare provided to patients, because we have helped train our clients employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are incentives for both sales (commissions) and PIP bonus for other employees, so that both have a vested interest in sales, clients satisfaction and innovation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If you need help, regardless of my immediate team or anyone in the company , they will help you and do it with a smile, because they know you would help them back if needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been so long ago, I guess it was the comfort I felt. It was like speaking to a friend and not a prospective employer. Professional comfort during the interview process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is fair and consistent with all employee groups. They truly care about HealthStream employees. Leadership has good fiscal management. Leadership has been effective with envisioning the future of Healthcare in expanding product lines, even in complicated times.
