I was very nervous to leave my previous job at a company I had been with for a long time. I am so happy I made the choice to come to HealthStream. I have amazing coworkers, a real work-life balance and I feel totally fulfilled in my career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel as though I am compensated fairly for my position. It makes me feel valued for the type of work I do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made me feel comfortable and were easy to talk to. I didn't feel as though they were asking "trick" questions. We laughed a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. They are some of the smartest, hardworking and kindest people I have worked with. I have also appreciated the opportunities my boss provides me for growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is transparent and accessible. They want to know what is happening at all levels are are concerned with the cultural health as much as they are the financial health of the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a real team. We work together to collaborate and meet common goals. I don't feel like I am in competition with any of them and know I can come to them with any issue and know I will get support without being made to feel inferior.
