Friendly people that are always willing to help out when you need it.

What makes you most happy at work?

Collaborating with my team to find solutions to problems and build great content.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Thoughtful questions from the interviewers. Offered a friendly, more conversational approach which enables everyone to be a little more comfortable and not hear canned responses.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are a fun team that jumps in to help when needed. They are relaxed with a great work ethic and know when it's appropriate to have a few laughs to boost morale.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid below market for my industry. The percentage increase for promotions is minimal and it isn't a fair practice to pro-rate a merit increase in a particular year for getting promoted 5 months earlier. The employees you manage shouldn't make practically similar salaries.
