Just simply it has exceeded my expectations in the 4 years. In compensation and personal growth, I have been very happy with the results and the feeling that I can be a person that is very effective or drive change.

We foster a culture that makes you feel heard and supported. We can lean on each other to find a resolution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support provided by my previous co-workers and co-workers in my new team reflect how supportive Healthstreamers are to each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Pay is very fair, the benefits are comparable and better than most from what I can assume in my experience. They also provide a nice amount of compensation for things like Wellness and internet.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can be myself and and dont have to put on a facade in my work and to improve my career. I know my leadership is focused on the improvement of my career here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We use a peer interview process so you can get a feel of those that are actually doing the job in addition to the leaders over them. Input from the team is very informative to the interviewee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they truly are invested in their employees. Bobby is such an inspiring leader and a big part of the reason I came to Healthstream. I have always felt the company I worked for had my best interest at heart and have given me the tools to succeed.
