Meeting with the actual team members and getting input on actual job details.

The leadership team listens and regularly seeks out feedback and interacts with all the team members. I really feel part of a 'team'.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a diverse culture and it always places great emphasis on helping others and provides ways that this can be done. 'Streaming Good'
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members are always available to interact and help. Even though we have been full remote during this pandemic, I feel that I am a part of a great team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Of course, everyone desires better benefits. I think the PTO should not be given on a monthly basis. Most companies give 3 weeks for the year at the beginning of the year. And I really wish that there was sick time .. having to take PTO when you are sick really is not great.
