What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its a fair compensation package. It is not on the top end or bottom end of compensation packages I have experience in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are focused on taking care of each other and helping each other grow as individuals and teams. We understand we aren't perfect and are always focused on how we get better.
