It has been a very positive place to work at, I feel I have more to offer in a more advanced role. They try to take care of there employees, some do not appreciate that and unless you have been around the block you may not know. I look forward to being a long positive contributor and influencer here
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When informed the leadership does a good job of focusing the group being collaborative, flexible, and direct. They are able to generate goals for the group to attain.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people here are positive and good to work with. I have been at a number of companies and I feel that Hoshizaki genuinely cares about its employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to collaborate in order to work through solution and implement with a high level of communication and always with an understanding of the direct impact it has to our product line.
What makes you most happy at work?
Team coming up with a solution, verifying the validity, and executing, then move on to the next goal. Working with others to expand our offerings and maintaining profitability and diversity. Gaining market share.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more to contribute to the organization mutually beneficial with 24+ years in industry at different levels. Able to recognize opportunities and capitalize on them always thinking collaboratively with team. I look forward to a long future with Hoshizaki and making it an awesome place to be.
