It's a job. I can do this work anywhere; the only thing that makes it worthwhile to continue here is the people I work with daily.

Communication, Investing in Infrastructure and talent retention. Standing up to HJ to improves process and reduce time waiting on decisions.

Inability to retain talent, inability to attract talent, inability to move projects forward. Reputative non valued added tasks / data requests from parent company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was the medical and work from home opportunities, however, the work from home just went away, so I suppose it's just the medical benefits now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Antiquated policies and procedures that haven't adapted to modern technologies. Lack of ability to make positive change. Overall unwillingness of parent company to invest in system upgrades and additional personnel leaving current personnel to work harder with less quantitative data and analytics.
