It started out good about a decade ago but has declined as the years go by. What started out as a lot of learning, teaching, and caring has become a lot of quantity over quality. At times it feels like the workers don't have a voice while favoritism has become a norm among some.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
3rd Shift's 40% pay increase makes it difficult to feel any value on 1st shift, despite doing more work and/or seniority.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together, we compliment each others weaknesses and strengths. We learn from each other while listening to our needs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. From making decisions and sticking with them to assisting workers with company goals and needs. It's easy to sit back and throw out commands but it truly shows dedication to actually help your workers.
