Not to bad. Have seen hard noise managers come and good managers come, and we were able to make good product in a good environment. This new group of upper management has taken most of it if not all that away. We are lucky to be in a field that is easy to make money no matter what we do good or bad.

Not bad until you get these surveys that are a joke and HR telling everyone how great they are.

Get back to basics, stop the pollical crap,

Vacation time, better % increase than a minimum cost of living which is a low % 3.

Overall benefits not to bad. There not as great as Management would like for us to think they are.

stop pushing their own political agenda to get their name on a trophy. Get out on the floor and see realty.

Not much, they have their own agenda seems to be more one-sided politically driven. Not in touch with the people as they think. Not good business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Like my coworkers and one day we will get back to being a good company. Management come and go and this last year group will move on as well one day.

work as a team, because of this I stay because the CEO, HR make this place a joke. Like to tell everyone what we should think about them and work. What a joke, like this survey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like how this survey is set up to give HA good results at the end no matter how you answer. So nice. Best part is the line workers. People helping people and wanting to make good product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work and welling to work with each other to make HA a good place to work and make money. I think we work together so well for we all see how management has brought the place down in the last year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR stop telling everyone how great they are and how their the only people that care about us and how hard they work. Stop pushing their political agenda. HR has even made comments that put this country down to make them look like a hero. What a joke
