There has been too many policy changes in place that are not being enforced by all employees. There are a few that are very negative and spread that energy to the team daily. Managers play favoritism and do not appreciate the individuals that are working harder than others. I do not feel valued.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and executing policies uniformly to all employees, not just applying them to certain individuals. Showing more empathy for parents with small children and working with them by showing they care; Studies show employees work much better for companies that exert compassion to their employ
