I mean its a job and working with who k work with make its alot better. But at the end of the day. Im stressed becasue I got this person and that person breathing down my neck telling us to do this and do that. Or we are doing this wrong we gotta get this many but we dont have enough people.

There's no appreciation shown. It's always what we've done wrong. And we work way more than We shoukd
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no communication on anything. Which units are coming up, where the parts are, why we are being held up, what we are doing wrong. We are never asked if we are okay or how is it going. And when we do try to talk about fixing something we get ignored.
