Overall experience is ok. There are a lot of old ways of doing things that leadership in the past have been slow to change and hopefully in time new leadership can make some updates and true changes. I do my job & do it well, but I don't necessarily feel invested in the company overall.

stop pushing the best place to work so much & implement actual changes that affect the culture better like more flexible working environments, true performance process, competitive pay package vs. doing a bunch of small things like holiday gifts, gift cards, etc. that become an expectation
