So far its been great. I would suggest shorting the time it takes to enroll in our medical benefits. A lot of companies have made it the 1st of the month after your hire date. This will attract more new employees to this company.

Communication has been low. Starting to see the silo form. Departments are shifting away from intercompany collaboration.
