Be more self-motivated in their work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with. We all get along and are willing to help one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are work together and get along. When one is slacking due to a bad day, not feeling well or just having an "off" day, we tend to pick up the slack and help each other get the task done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make the pay not only comparable, but permanent with the surrounding companies located in the area. I am grateful for the incentive, but at anytime, it can be taken from us. It does not feel like security in the pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My personal team leadership are willing to stand by our side and work with us on various tasks when we are short of staff. They aren't over bearing nor "micromanagers" however, they expect us to do our job. It makes it not only easy, but desirable to work for a leader and a team like that.
