Trust - there is a lack of trust at Hoshizaki now in getting parts to the shop floor for manufacturing. Transparency- lack of transparency in MTB Planning. who is deciding future product to work on? the NPD group should but we have not seen anything from them on ideas we've summited. Collaboration

Everyone pulling together to get things done, especially in these days of part shortages
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is conscientious and wants to do a great job, but keeps getting asked to do more with fewer people. With the hiring freeze we need to make some decisions on who to disappoint each day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Recently there have been some changes in the organization, but the reasons for the change was not explained. People have been asked to do different tasks but no one has said which of the old tasks are being done by others or can be stopped.
