My experience is pretty much neutral. Things has happened there that I totally disagree with and wasn't handle appropriately. I injured my back on the line 7/20/22 I reported it & I was never sent to a doctor or anything. I'm currently working injured. My supervisor does inquire about it though.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along well and if you're paired with the right person you can play off each other's energy & get the job done as long as the superintendent doesn't interfere with the team up that have been made. Which he usually does for whatever reasons.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The standard used on raises & how you decides who gets what & how much is bs for the lack of a better term. Who decides it because I feel that the evaluations are not true as it compared to what you actually know how to do in your company and is biased if you & the person doing it don't mash.
