My experience with this company is one of a see saw and that is up and down. Me as an employee outside of ny check i recieve every week i have had more downs then ups and that speaks volumes to me sometimes i feel like im just a number and expendable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very diverse and i like that
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and truly work as a team to reach the the common goal and thats reach production every night
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have to look more into it do really decide but at first glance everything seems okay but its the fine print i need to be really reading
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is a problem at hoshizaki. Leadership seems to always not know what the last shift was doing and its on both shifts. There is no proper pass down of infomation for production and/or employee infomation. Leadership waits til the last minute to let the employees know anything
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The enviroment can lack morale which can make an employee not want to ne there. Once again comminication is another reason why employees do not like coming cause we as employees do not what we walking into until its to late we really dont have time to prepare
