When I first started it was ok. Certain people were nice and I learned a lot but as time went on I began to notice who had good work ethics and who doesn't. Things changed for me when I became very ill and was hospitalized due to the overwhelming stress from the job. I've learned to stick to myself.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with the company a few years. Our VP hears us and does what he can to support us when we voice our concerns.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful and attentive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing tasks and figuring out solutions to complex problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that is put on the employees is at least a two-person job each.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The new management is changing that. It used to be very tense before, now it is more relaxed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is really not a team. There are very few people here that work as a team. We have more chiefs than we do Indians.

We work well together. Our DC has gone through several Directors, and we always stay on top of things no matter who is in charge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now I am struggling. Pay is low yet the cost of living is steady increasing. I can barely pay my monthly bills and that's the necessities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
when you say leadership team, it goes by individuals. Not all who are in leadership care about the employees there is only a handful. They are part of the reason some of us are still here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like interacting with the few of my coworkers that have the same work ethics that I do and the customers. I enjoy helping our customers and my ASM. I enjoy helping my coworkers when they have questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because of the small handful of people that do care about their jobs and each other in this office, that is what makes the culture and environment positive. There are a few individuals that make the day more stressful than it should be.
