What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whenever management and coordinators are not trying to manipulate people come to work harder for the benefit of their friends and their family generally people work together very well, usually the team makes the environment bearable,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate with one another, communicate with the employees, treat the people on the teams better, leadership could definitely take more defined psychological evaluation before making people team leaders, hoshizaki could send out more surveys every month
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Haven't had a full paycheck since December 15th, do the company time off, shortly after that a tornado touched down, in the past month my checks have been between 100 and $400 who pays bills with that type of money for a month
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better base rate of pay incentives works for the company people are incentivized to come to work to pay their bills to pay their mortgages, if any reason you can't come to work could put you in the hole for a month single parent point of view
